For the knowledge of the Noteholders, EUR 250 million Senior Secured Notes
(trading code TORJ312519, ISIN FI4000049994): 

For technical reasons the current Security Agent CorpNordic Holding A/S has
asked the Issuer Tornator Oyj a permission to transfer its duties and
obligations as the Security Agent to a company Intertrust (Finland) Oy. Both
the current and the new Security Agent belong to the same corporate group and
constitute reputable Nordic entities. I
